This is not only a huge professional milestone. It means a lot to all of us.

We created Manzilo because we believed this region was ready for something different. Not another app. Not another portal. A genuine intelligence layer for the asset class that defines this part of the world: real estate.

What we saw when we started was striking. Landlords managing assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars on personal WhatsApp threads. No data. No predictions. No visibility into whether their tenant was happy or quietly planning to leave. The wealthiest real estate market on earth, running on gut feel.

That gap is what Manzilo exists to close.

Building a startup is the hardest thing we have ever done. The moments of doubt are real. The moments where you wonder if the timing is right, if the market is ready, if the team can execute.

Today feels like validation that we are building something worth backing.

None of this is the work of one person. We are a small, senior team of property, product, and engineering people who have run buildings, shipped software, and lived the WhatsApp-first reality of Gulf real estate. We turn that vision into something real every single day.
